Attn:All What I Like About Life….
Question:
DEar Group, As I have been struggling with this seemingly endless depression, I felt the need to write down some things that I do like, feel good about etc..Perhaps you may find this to be trivial and unimportant, but I am interested in hearing from those who also have something (person, places, or things) that do help to lessen the load of depression. Here’s my list: What I like about life (in no order): rainbows, chocolate, books, exercise, laughter (humor), waterfalls, music, flowers, fruit, empathy, acceptance, understanding, support, insight, and forgiveness. Peace,

My children and family keep me going. Chocolate, a good movie or the right tune can lift my spirits. Or calling a good friend. Hope you feel better soon, Lynda oranjkaat
