HOW CAN I BE LONELY

It’s very easy to be lonely when not one of those 6 billion peoples wants to be your friend or companion or acquaintance or anything else of any value to relieving your severe social deprivation. By the way, why doesn’t everybody suffering social deprivation join this club: http://clubs.yahoo.com/clubs/socialdeprivationndepression It’s for anyone afflicted with shyness or any other emotional or physical condition that makes it difficult to meet people, who consequently is alone too much of the time and thereby suffers loneliness to the point of seeming depressed (lethargy, suicide attempts/gestures, etc.), so I’ll cross-post this to other newsgroups in addition to the one where this thread started, beware if you followup this now.

When someone says she is lonely and you say that she is not lonely, but alone; that is "not quite the same thing" as someone saying she is just alone, although in your mind she is just alone (not lonely) in both cases. The words "lonely" and "alone" come before the states of "loneliness" and "aloneness" because the person intends to be "lonely" or "alone" when they use those words to describe themselves. – Hide quoted text — Show quoted text -> You dont know what you are talking about. > Ed
