Long life expectancy- good or bad?
Question:
I have no life-threatening illnesses. I don’t smoke or drink. I have access to adequate nutrition and health care. I’m as healthy as most people who are ten years younger than me. I’m probably genetically programmed to live longer than the average American. One would think this is all very good. Well, I guess living long is good, but do I really want to live that long? I don’t know. A lonely, empty life that never ends doesn’t seem very appealing to me.
Response:
Sounds like you’re going to be around a long time, so there is plenty of time to find some solutions to this loneliness and emptiness. I hope you succeed.
Thank you.
