needing something in the way of friendship
Question:
Hello tess, There’s no need to reply unless you want. I just wanted to let you know that I’ve heard you. I’m glad your cat came home and I’m sorry that you’re feeling so badly now. Sierra of TN
– Hide quoted text — Show quoted text – x-no-archive: yes if you reply to this message, or anything i write, really, please, please don’t put my name in the subject line. i find it upsetting and it’s not necessary in order for me to find replies. the x-no command doesn’t matter as much. that said, if you *do* reply to me, i’m not sure i’ll be able to respond. i’m dragging around limp and useless today, and all i really wanted to say anyway is that it’s been a hard day, i feel lonely and helpless. my cat was outside all day today. she didn’t come home and she didn’t come home, and that’s not unusual, but i took it personally, and then she finally came home and i cried with relief, and i coudln’t cry before then, i was just very frightened and very alone, and i didn’t know what to do except e*t (a) too much and spill a fierce general anger all around me. so. this is what i have.
Response:
I am sorry to hear that you’ve been having a rough time, and feeling lonely and helpless today. I’m glad your cat finally came home. I hope that helped with the loneliness. Take care. -Nancy
