OK. I deserved that. The one tree in the list that I’d never heard of… probably because it’s too dry for birch trees of any kind around here. (I’d probably look under Hornbeams too.) HORNBEAM TREE(the Good Taste) – of cool beauty <definitely attracted to it>, cares for its looks and condition <recognize the value of that, but don’t always live up to it>, good taste <consider it a dying art>, is not egoistic <making a distinction from ego*t*istic here- can’t agree wholeheartedly>, makes life as comfortable as possible <had to laugh as I recline here in my easy chair with 6′ keyboard extension and 21" screen so I can comfortably read from 3′ away>, leads a reasonable and disciplined life <yes, but not anal about it>, looks for kindness and acknowledgment in an emotional partner <not originally, but lately>, dreams of unusual lovers <!?!>, is seldom happy with its feelings <maybe not *happy*, but am content>, mistrusts most people <true, but frequently forget to do it>, is never sure of its decisions <no, I’m sure most of the time>, very conscientious <mostly yes>. > but that was a good twist… I liked all those trees, they have a bit of > good in all of them don’t they..
