CRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAP

Question:

Loneliness, when it gets this bad, sucks the big one.  Just wanted to voice my opinion as it is today.  I’m going out and sing karaoke.

Response:

Loneliness does suck and I don’t think you’ll get anyone to disagree with you.  I think singing is an excellent outlet.  Hope you enjoy.  Don’t be afraid to talk to us here, that’s what we’re all here for – each other. — Eddie (Chief) Sometimes Our Eyes See the truth from the heart "Visionary Lies" eah STUFF3801 <stuff3…@aol.com> wrote in article <1998090923104100.TAA20…@ladder01.news.aol.com>… – Hide quoted text — Show quoted text -> Loneliness, when it gets this bad, sucks the big one.  Just wanted to voice my > opinion as it is today.  I’m going out and sing karaoke.

you know something, Eddie?… you are tough to follow… and that is probably the biggest reason some of your posts seem ignored… you reach out to the tough ones to respond to… the short screams… the angry cries… the scary ones… the ones who might not be back to respond… your courage and determination to help others leads you into places a lot of people don’t go… and I’d like to *HUG* you for this… and to remind myself that I should give you more respect than I give you… not that I don’t respect you… I do and I do try to show it… and I think I do show it, sometimes… but you deserve more… so… here’s more… from deep within a din of pain and damned short circuits in his brain he states the truth and makes it plain don’t let him think it’s all in vain from darkness none of us dare see and life most would call misery he reaches out with so much love let’s help him help us rise above if he can do it why not me next to him I am lucky how dare I feel I have it bad he’s got it worse than I ever had my self-pity must drive me mad from somewhere beyond my own mess there’s something that I must confess something I had only guessed to know him, love him, I am blessed from where his strength comes I don’t know power of the winds that blow courage that so few dare show no matter what love can grow… my friend Eddie, told me so if he can do it why not me next to him I am lucky how dare I feel I have it bad he’s got it worse than I ever had my self-pity must drive me mad for My Friend Eddie, for all he gives I love him for the life he lives for My Friend Eddie, pain’s a close relative… I love him for who he is… I love him for who he is… honest love, ric – Hide quoted text — Show quoted text ->Eddie (Chief) >Sometimes Our Eyes >See the truth from the heart >"Visionary Lies" eah >STUFF3801 <stuff3…@aol.com> wrote in article ><1998090923104100.TAA20…@ladder01.news.aol.com>… >> Loneliness, when it gets this bad, sucks the big one.  Just wanted to >voice my >> opinion as it is today.  I’m going out and sing karaoke.

Dear Eddie, Did you see the beautiful hymn that Ric composed to your person?  So well-deserved my friend, that’s why I repeat it here for you to see. Because the header, well Ric, I’m afraid you forgot to change it…. (prod, prod with a smile) Eddie, I know that your physical condition sometimes keeps you away, but whenever you are here, you recognize other people’s pain, and send them your love quicker than UPS or FedEx or any of the others ever could.  Eddie, we thank you for being our friend, for your warmth and sincerity, your honesty and oh well, Ric said it better anyway….  I love you for who you are too, and I am blessed for knowing you! Love and hugs, Caroline and here are ric’s words once more … :CPOE wrote in message <01bddc74$b8409840$bb4837a6@default>…

ROFL… LOLOL… I’ll share the joke… only a few of you know this, but I just a few hours ago got through writing this for part of the ASL FAQ: <Remark: 2.3.2 – expand to explain why renaming is important and give examples… something like: "If you wish to expand on a specific item in an existing thread that is not accurately represented by the subject, it is considered good practice to change the subject while still maintaining the old subject, for example: Subject:      loneliness New Subject:  meeting places (was: loneliness) In the above example, a discussion on loneliness in general touched on where to meet people… A poster wished to focus on where to meet people without starting a new thread (perhaps because there was very useful and related information in the existing "loneliness" thread), and so simple changed the subect of the new post. Renaming the subject helps bring people interested in more specific issues being address to that post, hence, it will likely see more on-topic and pertinent responses. Additionally, it allows posters and readers to use their time more efficiently. Further, if you are interjecting a joke, for instance, into a very serious thread, please add the word "JOKE" to the subject. This will help prevent misunderstandings." ya got me… ROFL… LAM  :) honest love, ric
