New Book on Letting Go…

After many years of work on dealing with loss and healing from abuse, I have completed a fairly comprehensive book on the subject of letting go. Many of the concepts of the book are practiced in 12 step groups which have undoubtedly helped many people. In many ways it is the book I wish I’d had available when I started my own healing process.
