OT romance
Question:
I’m a very slushy person I love romance,
I have no idea what "slushy" means. What do you find romantic? What do you think is the difference between being romantic and being sexy?
Sexy is easy to define in terms of physical reactions as Masters and Johnson studied, erection etc. in the man and wetness etc. in the woman. But everybody seems to have a different idea what is romantic so I think it’s silly to try to define it or use it as a meaningful word in public discussion. Who would be your dream date?
That’s so far from reality that I can’t even imagine it. All I can think of is something halfway decent to relieve this loneliness. I’d just like a sweet decent woman to spend time with me and touch my hand gently and with sweet feeling, and stick around like that for a long time, until I start to feel alive again. But that never happens so I continue to be emotionally dead. A date is a social appointment. I’d just like somebody nice to agree to get together with me at a particular time in a few hours, and then actually show up about the time we agreed upon, and touch hands and gaze into each other’s eyes for a few hours. But I can’t imagine that ever actually happening. At the moment I’m in love with somebody I’ve never met in person who isn’t in love with me and will never meet me in person, so I have no reason to go on living.

The hero of my novels. Why else would I invent her?
— The opinions given above may be mine. They might also just be what I feel like saying right now, okay?
