the other day i saw a great slogan on a t-shirt: "My Pace or Yours?"

Around the time that Apocalypse Now came out ( yes, I’m THAT old ), I had a T-shirt made up with the words the horror! …the horror! ..printed on it. For those of you who’ve seen the movie – this relates to Marlon Brando’s character (Kurtz ?) when he’s telling Martin Sheen about the terrible things he’s seen/done.
Are you old enough to have READ "Heart of Darkness" by Joseph Conrad? That’s the BOOK that is the source of most of the literary merit in "Apocalypse". Also famous for the line "Mistah Kurtz–he dead" another knee-slapper of a T-shirt slogan. That reminds me–has anyone seen the great movie "Loneliness of the Long Distance Runner?" I saw a good slogan in an ad in a triathlon magazine. It said, "Don’t hit the wall, move it." My team is thinking of making a t-shirt that says, "Don’t hit the wall, go through it." —

I always found that if you go to a race, you’ll find great slogans. That might be a prime source to look if you need help. -Pain. What’s that?
