The Internet – Perfect Society?

Question:

On the internet you can be whoever you want to be.  You can get lost in the World Wide Web in a cyber world of your own. The internet will not judge you on race, colour, sex, income, what car you drive, what you do for a living, what you look like, if you are single or not. The internet is a perfect form of escapism from the real world in my opinion.  Its like a place I go for vacation when I’m sick of the real world.

Um…not to stomp all over your parade or anything, but you can get hurt on the Net as surely as you can in real life.  Like it or not, people always find something to judge you on. – Hide quoted text — Show quoted text –

If I would really just wanna go away to a place where there’s no couples there that remind me of my loneliness, people bugging me because I am single, all the other shit ! I would go to Mars and life there on another planet – far away for earth !
