Today, I did it.

Question:

Done. It was done impulsively. I might regret it later, but then again, I just have to say no later, if it comes to my prefering to turn that occasion down…. Today, after seing colleagues act like twitty four year olds fighting for attention and all those power trip games,as I went to deliver the mail and slipped my resume in the pile, to make the move as discretely as possible, and handed the said resume to the HQ director of gvt translation services. Later he came to tell me it now was in the director’s hands, adding  a smile and eyewink that could be those of someone not wanting to make a poor commissionnaire feel bad. It was not a recent version, since puter crashed and ate all my resumes. I had that done that one for a position in writing/editing, not translation. But the impulse wa now, and so it went that it was that version at hand in my purse that I handed. I just said "There:). Here is your mail, here is the dg’s and …and… Here is my resume. Sorry for the delays. It was done for an editing position, but add "translating" to "writing/editing" each time you see it, and you will get a general idea of what I did for the lat two decades:)." -Oh, okay!:) Thanks! -Thank you. CU!:) So that is that. Shall see or shall not see a thing:), but there. Done. Took some having had it today with the  way things are now in the building I used to prefer working at the most, with two new rotten apples now having spoilt the whole bunch of the serene people that used to work there, where I don’t care to be done that to. Been there, was done that to, threw the t-shirt in a garage sale. Baby games for baby games, might as well pick up a check that makes the after-work hours be enjoybale and that allow one to forget about the games before the next morning:). Wher ein the morning, I coudl at least look forward to the evening! I try and tell myself, since I was not sure if I even wanted to hand in a resume at all, that maybe it was meant to happen that way, and that maybe the incident at work only made it be the drop making me take my bucket elsewwhere:);-). Next step. C —

Sounds like you all are thinking about what you’ve achieving instead of what you didn’t.. that sounds good to me.. Sunday I got half of one of those really old high farmhouse window frames stripped of layers of paint.. Its the kind that goes from ceiling to floor and is shuttered .. I have 3 in this one room..  but I found the fumes made me goofy in the head.. that stuff’s powerful.. and I won’t do it around my kids. Ollie.. you wrote something once about gardening where you used the wood slices as walkway or somthing.. can you tell me how you did that, it would be something that I could do in a coulple flower bed places I need to landscape to make it more maintance free for me in the summer.. TRoday, I got the echography done for the womb test. Seems thwe womb would be fine by now, but somethign might be with the ovaries. "A little something" did they say without saying more. Donlt you hate it when they say too much and not enough? They just added "Nothing to worry about. Don’t worry about it". Well, tell me what and see me stop worrying cause I then know what to face in what way and attitude and so on. Now I face ignorance. How does one prepare to face that?:). Oh well. Me thinks all is fine save some little hormonal thing probably and they worry more than me and truy and reassure themselves they did their job fine, etc:). Abd today, I did it my way about their asking people to drink 2 litres of water and not go urinate after midnite. Sorry, folks, you knwo the human body great, but I know MY body better. Graves makes one urinate many more times a day, kidneys working quite fast. So. Until 45 mins to the apointment, I sank 1.2 leitres of water on an empty bladder. Then drove there, sipping the rest fo the two litres. And contrary to the last time, I did not hurt nor dammage my bladder cause of you guys treating all human bodies in a same exact way, as if they allw ere alike. Nya nya! It worked fine, and I did not have to suffer! ::::::::::::::::::::::}!:) The last time was when I was oregant of kiddo, where they insisted I would drink more and more and more and…Where I kept sayign I was not just needing to go pee, but the baldder was overstretched and about to have lesions for crying out loud. Nonono, "we" just feel that way, but it is not so, hahaha, were they answering then. Once on the e4chography table, after a minute of frowning, the dr had gone "??What…What on earth is THAT?? Oh my gawd!! It is her bladder!! Holly cow! Madame, get up NOW and go to pee immediately! Your bladder is so extended you could dammage it!". Like "DOH!". But since "all" say so, they treat all as if it wzas just an impression. AND, they tested me after the 1.2 liter where I learned that it was almost there, would be in ten minutes. I drank the rest of the two liters but know now that 1.2 is more than enough with me. Next time, so it will be, nya nya!:) Next step. Push them in the *ss to see what they did with those darn pap tests passed months ago and still without darn results. Did they lose them? Forget them? Whatever. Their problem. I want overdue results. Nah! Fetch ‘em!:(. Find them! Your job it is to make sure they come back, darn it! Oh, if people woudl just be competent at whatever job they are doing, no matter what the job…Imagien how nicer the world would be. Phone cies woudl not make constant mistakes about builling. Gas and power either. You woudl not have to tell them at the hiospital that YES they DO have me for an apointment at 15 past 2, to check with the front desk that ahd it on puter and cnfirmed it to me (I foresaw they woudl probably say "awww, you got the wrong date…Come back in two months":(). The technician was okay though the forst one that tested me to see if my bladder was full enough (was almost and had drabk the by then 1.5 liters only 15 minutes before. Why suffer a whole darn day with an exploding bladder??:() was way nicer. Humane. Not machine number like. Anyway. And nwo to get all those tests be in my file at that clinic I went to to ask for them, and once they find the oens they lost:(, have those sent to a GP, and to my endocrinologist and see what it is with the ovary, and where they most likely will keep saying "Just a little soemthing. Nothign to worry about", thenget them to check my hormonal levels and do their job they are paid heavily for: balance the darn thing NOW. Ten years is way too long to use my medicard like a visa for no service:(. People sometimes…They have to struggle in the worse of states to get 0thers to just do the job they are paid for. Pain in the butt. Thinking…. no. Telling about… yes. I HAVE to think  of the things that I haven’t accomplished… or they will never be accomplished. And the things I’m procrastinating about… would I really tell the group ? ( like finding a mate… starting a new project at work… starting a garden…  actually doing research before investing… ) Dan.
